SuperBiller and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SuperBiller and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data you input into the system, including job specifications, candidate information, and communications. By using our service, you grant SuperBiller a limited license to process and analyze this data to provide our services.

Our AI models, algorithms, prompts, and proprietary methodologies remain the exclusive property of SuperBiller. The one-time payment grants you a perpetual license to use the service, but does not transfer any ownership rights.
